Junkie
I was just looking at all the “support applications” I have installed and it’s excessive to me, but they are some really great apps. If you are a developer or some kind I recommend taking a couple dollars and investing in these.
- Skitch. If you do anything creative, quit talking about things and start SHOWING people things. This program makes it quick and easy.
- Typinator. Quit typing as much. You think I like typing “v1100110” every time? Now I just type “v1”
- Google Notifier. Don’t use this if you don’t Inbox Zero.
- Dropbox. Sync up your files between friends or other computers fast-like.
- Coversutra. Make iTunes awesome.
- Last.fm scrobbler. Might as well make some radio stations while you listen.
- Jumpcut. Add clipboard history to OS X.
- Things. Task management.
- Fresh. Don’t keep finder windows open if you don’t have to.
- DEVONthink. You won’t remember. Write it down.
- Textmate. Get it. Force yourself to use shortcuts. Be happier.
